Located at 1928 Locust Street,
Saint Louis, Missouri 63103.
After three years of planning and over a year of construction and historical rehabilitation, Paradowski’s new location is nearly complete. The new office complex includes four connecting buildings: first, on the corner of Locust and 20th was built in 1892 and the second, a twin building, built in 1896. These, along with two smaller additions built in the 1940s, were all part of Missouri Light and Power, one of St. Louis’ first suppliers of the new invention of the era, electricity. One of the additions to the complex includes a 6,000 square-foot “showroom,” that is currently available for lease.
The new office is four times the size of the firm’s Broadway building giving the Paradowski team an abundance of space to grow as well as expand its service offerings.
Along with the building’s unique historical features, a pending Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification will give Paradowski team members a modern-day environmental story to tell.
