Our offices are located at 303 North Broadway, in the heart of downtown St. Louis. We
own a 10,000 square foot building designed to create a stimulating and
collaborative work environment. The combination of old and contemporary
interior finishes creates an interesting and unusual mix of elements,
while a series of semi-enclosed and open workspaces supports our team
approach to projects.
Like our problem solving approach to communications, our space is functional, with a distinct creative edge. It reinforces the message that what we do is important and we take our responsibility to our clients seriously.
In 1995, the renovation of Paradowski’s 1913 building was recognized locally by Landmarks Association and nationally as the best urban renewal project in the country for a project its size. Chicago’s Navy Pier was the recipient in the next size category.

All marketing communications projects start with a blank sheet of paper and the responsibility to fill it yourself—or find the right strategic, creative and production partners to help. And unless you have those partners in place, especially when it’s due yesterday, the empty computer screen or blank sheet of paper can bring a certain amount of dread.

You can’t teach it. But when you find it, you can hire it and give it an environment in which to flourish. That’s what we have here. A place where some of the most talented people in St. Louis want to come to work every day. In fact, we were named the best place to work in St. Louis with under 50 employees by the St. Louis Business Journal. Just ask one of our team members. Most who have been here years creating memorable work that delights, entertains, educates, sells, and grows brands.
You can avoid them with time-proven procedures, attention to the most mundane details and a team of people who have seen it all and can steer you away from danger. Our account managers aren’t just couriers in suits. They’re smart friends who can provide counsel, who know what works and what doesn’t, how much things cost and how much (or how little) time it takes to get things done.
Our entire focus is on exceeding client expectations—adding value at every turn, on every project, at every stage of development. We search for ways to save time, achieve cost efficiencies and give our clients a competitive edge. We keep our promises, meet our deadlines and stay within budget. At Paradowski Creative, you can expect more thinking, creativity, problem solving, service, and accolades from intensely successful marketing and business communications—fearlessly executed.

We refer to the statement on the right as our balance statement. Different from a mission statement, it speaks about avoiding the flaws in design and strategy often made in business communications. These flaws, which have been so often attributed to the design profession as a whole, are the very details that separate the true design professional from others less skilled. We believe this distinction is so important and so much a part of what defines us and our work that we had this statement painted on the wall of our lobby. |

Paradowski Creative was established in 1977 by Alex Paradowski. For thirty years, the firm has consistently demonstrated a solid ability to use design as a problem-solving tool. Our experience includes planning, managing and producing a wide range of communications products including: advertising, annual reports, corporate identity, direct mail, employee publications, exhibit and trade show design, periodicals, sales promotion, and websites.
The firm presently employs a full-time team of forty-five, including account managers, designers, illustrators, programmers and copywriters. Our size affords us the flexibility needed to schedule and reprioritize work to meet short, often changing deadlines and the internal control necessary to manage complex programs.
