ST. LOUIS (May 21, 2009) – Paradowski Creative was named a 2009 Pro-Comm Award of Excellence winner by the Business Marketing Association. The award was for the agency’s promotion of the 2008 Friends Benefit: An Evening with Crosby and Nash at The Sheldon Concert Hall in St. Louis.

This is the 34th year for the Pro-Comms – a national, business-to-business marketing award program juried by marketing professionals from coast-to-coast.

Paradowski designed concert campaign materials for the November 4, 2008 event, including: a poster, program, print/web advertisements and other collateral materials. The concert was a sell out and raised over $45,000 for Sheldon educational programs for children. Annually, The Sheldon serves over 20,000 St. Louis-area students by providing weekday morning programs that introduces them to various genres of music, including: jazz, folk, classical, blues and the American musical.

"It is both an honor and a privilege to receive an award of this caliber from the Business Marketing Association,” said Alex Paradowski, principal of Paradowski Creative.

“We are excited that the concert art was honored by the BMA,” said Chris Peimann, marketing director at The Sheldon.  “Crosby and Nash liked the design so much, that they requested posters for themselves.”
